My husband and I recently took a trip to  Australia/ New Zealand .
 The highlight of our trip was a Visit To Dirleton Estates and Boogies Thunderndrums in Melbourne, Australia.
 
We want to thank Leanne and Rhiannon Thorne and their mother for their warm hospitality! They prepared a wonderful lunch for us and we were so happy to finally meet them in person and be able to have such a nice visit. They have a lovely home and a beautiful Estate in the country side near Melbourne. Leanne and Rhiannon have started a Top Notch Breeding program with Boogies Thunderndrums. He is one of the very few Homozygous Stallions in Australia. They have nick named him " Drummer". We were very pleased to see that "Drummer"  is growing up to be a gorgeous built stallion and still has the sweetest temperament.

Leanne and Rhiannon are a team effort with their horse business. They have already successfully shown "Drummer" and he has received many awards including a Reserve Champion Stallion and  First Place Yearling Halter Stallion. He has been put under saddle and will be shown in Performance events in the future. "Drummer" is also being campaigned for Stud and already has bookings awaiting for 2007. The breeding season in Australia starts in our winter months. We are pleased that they have chosen the bloodlines of our stallion to promote the Paint Horse breed in Australia. We wish them every success!
